Terrorists attack Jammu-Kashmir DDC poll candidate in Anantnag

Terrorists on Friday shot at and injured a candidate for the District Development Council election in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir. Jammu and Kashmir Police said Aneesul Islam Ganaie was shot at by the terrorists in Kokernag area of Anantnag district around noon. Police said an Apni candidate was fired upon by terrorists in Sagam area of Kokernag. Sources said Anees ul Islam had left cluster Anantnag without informing police and without security.
