More family time and exercise — the benefits of working from home during the coronavirus pandemic

Kristy Millers is one of many Sydney commuters who often miss out on small moments at home with their families, as they spend hours travelling to and from work. "I was swimming laps at the local pool and coming home and then taking the dog for a walk before I would log onto the computer," she said. "There is still some sort of element where some people think working from home is lazy, you're not really working," she said. "There are lots of benefits, not having to commute to work, being able to manage your work and life responsibilities better, being less stressed, having greater wellbeing," Assistant Professor Sander said.
