“I think there is a conspiracy to finish off the political career of BJP MLC C.T. Ravi,” party MP Jagadish Shettar said in Belagavi on Sunday. “First, a group of criminal elements tried to assault him in the Suvarna Soudha after Mr. Ravi using what is said abusive language against Minister Lakshmi Hebbalkar in the Legislative Council during the Winter Session in Belagavi. I think Mr. Ravi might have created this only to claim threats to his life,” he claimed.
