New Routes for Winter-Spring Period at Qingdao Airport
China DailyQingdao Airport announces a new winter-spring flight schedule starting Oct 27, 2025. The new schedule will feature increased frequencies and destinations, highlighting the airport's gateway hub function. The number of weekly flights will reach 4,332, with 51 airlines participating in the network. Domestically, the airport will open nine new routes to cities such as Huizhou, Wuyishan, and Lyvliang, improving connectivity between Qingdao and third- and fourth-tier cities. Additionally, the number of flights to popular southern tourist cities such as Haikou and Lijiang will increase. The airport will also resume the Qingdao–Fukuoka route and introduce a Singapore route operating daily. The airport's role as a portal to Japan and South Korea will be further strengthened with the implementation of a preferential ticket policy for connecting flights from northeastern and northern China.
