Orders issued for operating mini-buses in 39 routes in Erode

Collector Raja Gopal Sunkara handed over orders to applicants for operating mini-buses on 39 routes in the district on Tuesday. According to Government Order 33, dated January 23, 2025, a total of 65 new routes were identified across the district under the New Comprehensive Minibus Scheme 2024 and published in the district gazette. The committee included Regional Transport Officers from Erode, Perundurai, and Gobichettipalayam, along with the Divisional Manager of Tamil Nadu Transport Corporation Limited and the Motor Vehicle Inspector from Erode. The Collector subsequently handed over the orders to the successful applicants for all 39 routes in the district.
