According to Kim, a key to success is to spend less time in the kitchen and more time with your family or friends by following these tips: Do the bulk of your cooking the day before, then just warm up delicious side dishes and pop the turkey in the oven. He also recommends simplifying your tools and ingredients and choosing a turkey recipe, like this one, that won't make you stressed out all day Kim's other advice is to not underestimate the pleasures of Friendsgiving; chosen families can be just as worth celebrating as real ones.
