There are many odd surprises in the world. The onion soon became non-existent for them when they unanimously agreed that it was a treacherous thing and they would be better off without any of it at all. I have often dreamed of a place like that, where people could live happily forever without onions. Some may question the significance of the fuss when other options such as leeks, scallions, onion powder, or flakes could serve just as effectively as a replacement for onions. Within the next 10 years, this modified vegetable could replace the bitter, pungent smell in homes and businesses with a pleasant, sweet scent.
