Taking even 10 minutes out of your workday to sit down to a meal can make a difference in how much you enjoy the food, said dietitian Natalie Mokari of Charlotte, North Carolina. Ignoring the “satisfaction factor” of a meal –– as dietitian Natalie Mokari calls it –– is not helpful if you are trying to eat in a way you find healthy, she said. “When we end a meal feeling satisfied, we’re much less likely to engage in mindless snacking, looking for something else,” said Mokari, who is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
