Proud moment for me: Rajnath Singh signs visitor book at Ambedkar's birthplace

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, accompanied by Chief of Army Staff General Upendra Dwivedi, visited the memorial of Dr BR Ambedkar in Madhya Pradesh’s Mhow, on Sunday to pay floral tributes to the architect of the Indian Constitution. Rajnath Singh also signed the Visitor Book at ‘Bhim Janmabhoomi,’ expressing his pride and honour. Ambedkar Memorial Society secretary Rajesh Wankhede shared details of the visit, saying, "Defence Minister Singh and General Dwivedi paid floral tributes to Dr Ambedkar and took darshan of his asthikalash kept in the central hall of the memorial. Earlier in the day, General Dwivedi welcomed the Defence Minister at the Army War College helipad in Mhow for a two-day visit to Madhya Pradesh.
