'Baseless, motivated': Ex-Delhi Lieutenant Governor hits out at AAP over excise policy

Baijal said Sisodia was perpetrating falsehood and called him a "desperate man trying to save his own skin". Meanwhile, Delhi LG VK Saxena has already recommended a CBI probe into alleged irregularities in the implementation of the new excise policy.
