Exercise, be happy, have fun
I strive to maintain my health by pursuing happiness and engaging in healthy activities. These activities include working out, listening to music, dancing, and having fun with friends and family, all in addition to my busy career as a senior international cardiologist for the past two and a half decades. I engage in daily strength training with weights and body weights to maintain muscle health, and occasionally practise yoga to improve flexibility and posture. Choosing Healthy Foods for a Balanced Diet I aim to restrict the amount of carbohydrates in my diet, primarily consuming complex carbohydrates such as whole grains, millets, quinoa and so on. Monitoring blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol levels, and other risk factors allows for early intervention and management of our potential health issues.
