THE "SWITCH ON" DIET PLAN Sherrie credited her transformation to the "Switch On Diet," a four-week metabolic reset program developed by Dr. Park Yong-woo. The diet is divided into different phases: Week 1: Detox and Gut Reset – Focus on protein shakes, vegetables, and high-protein meals. WHAT TO EAT AND AVOID Sherrie shared the foods allowed on the Switch On diet: Allowed foods: Protein shakes, multi-grain rice, boiled fatless chicken, fish, skinless chicken, nuts, eggs, berries, bananas, and sweet potatoes. The diet follows a strategic approach to fat loss, as per a report by Medium.com: Days 1–3: Drink protein shakes four times a day, take probiotics, and walk for at least 60 minutes daily.
