Japanese Man Sleeps Just 30 Minutes Every Day For Better Productivity
A person's general health and well-being depend on getting enough sleep. A person's mood may suffer and day-to-day functioning may become challenging if they don't get enough sleep. However, according to the South China Morning Post, a Japanese man has maintained a sleep routine of 30 minutes daily for 12 years to double his life. As per the South China Morning Post, Hori stated, "As long as you exercise or drink coffee an hour before eating, you can stave off drowsiness." Daisuke Hori also established the Japan Short Sleepers Training Association in 2016 and offers sleep and wellness seminars there in addition to his sleep regimen.
