There’s nothing wrong with that morning latte, but it’s important to exercise restraint, says sleep physician Dr. Seema Khosla, medical director at the North Dakota Center for Sleep. Have your little tipple at least three hours before bedtime and limit yourself to one drink to ensure you don’t mess with your sleep, says Khosla.
